Repayment

 Minimal monthly amount for repayment 5% from the total value of the conducted transactions (min. amount MKD 300,00). In case of full repayment of the debt concerning trade transactions within the projected period, no interest will be calculated.
Transactions for cash withdrawal are subject to interest calculation.

Yearly membership fee
  • No membership fee for the first year
  • No membership fee for the second year by making min. MKD 100,000.00 turnover.

The turnover is calculated on the account of the credit card, and the membership refers to the basic and additional cards as well.

Other expenses

Commission for cash withdrawals

  • On ATM's/POS terminals of Alpha Bank AD Skopje: no commission
  • ATM's of banks abroad: 3% for each transaction, min. MKD 150.00

Expenses for re-issuing card and PIN

  • Re-issuing of lost/stolen card: MKD 500.00
  • Re-issuing of PIN: MKD 200.00

  • Photocopy of ID or passport for the user of the basic and additional card/s
  • Certificate for regular employment with review of the average net monthly salary for the last three months or cheque for pension
  • For employees in smaller companies M1/M2 and review for the last three months
  • Administrative ban in two copies

  • Copy of the last paid bill (electricity, water supply, telephone etc)
