• Salary/pension through Alpha Bank - positive factor for Loan approval

• One-shot after signing the contract, on the account of the salesman opened in Alpha Bank AD Skopje (the payment is in MKD)
• If the loan is FX, the funds are paid by middle exchange rate of EUR
• The disbursement of the Loan is performed within 60 days after approval

Pre-payment:

• 3% penalty fee for paid principal before mature date

• 1.6% fee from the Bank
• Expenses for booking the pledge and car insurance at cost
• Expenses for the draft and Notary verification of the draft at cost

Collateral

• Car pledge on the car that is being bought, on behalf of Alpha Bank AD Skopje
• Kasko insurance of the car on behalf of Alpha Bank AD Skopje (franchise EUR 500)
• Draft notarized
• Administrative ban
